Job summary

DarkVision Technologies Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead teams delivering advanced ILI and downhole imaging products. You will own end-to-end manufacturing and repair scope, drive Lean practices, and ensure on-time delivery across global operations.

You will manage production teams, implement scalable processes, and maintain high-quality standards while coordinating with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Field Operations to meet project demands.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in electromechanical assembly with 3+ years leading production teams
• Proven ability to manage new product introductions (NPI) from prototype to repeatable production
• Knowledge of production optimization methods, RCA, and quality management systems

Responsibilities

• Build and lead manufacturing and repair teams across ILI and downhole products
• Develop manufacturing strategies and translate designs into scalable production processes
• Own manufacturing quality management and drive continuous improvement on the shop floor
• Coordinate with field deployment teams and ensure on-time delivery to projects
