Job summary

Fresh Start Foods Canada Ltd. is hiring a Full-Time HR Manager to lead the HR function for Milton, ON. You will oversee employee relations, compensation, training and development, benefits, and succession planning while partnering with HR Shared Services to drive enterprise initiatives.

The role requires 3+ years of leadership in HR, 5+ years in HR, and a degree in HR or business. Travel to London and Ottawa facilities is expected about once a month.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in HR within a multi-plant manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, compensation, and employee relations.
• Experience implementing training, succession planning, and leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR programs and services for local business needs.
• Collaborate with HR Shared Services on enterprise initiatives.
• Lead workforce planning and performance management with leaders.
