Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years HR experience in manufacturing/industrial setting; union experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce planning aligned with operational goals.
• Oversee labour relations and compliance with CBA where applicable.
• Drive recruitment, onboarding, and talent development across the site.
