Job summary

Motor Coach Industries is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to oversee design, testing, documentation, training, and implementation of customized business solutions for manufacturing, materials, and quality teams.

You will drive process improvements, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with stakeholders to define scope and requirements. Travel up to 10% is possible; strong ERP knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Post secondary education in business or STEM or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in a Manufacturing Operations environment.
• Thorough knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle).
• Project or change management experience is an asset.
• Strong communication, organized, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from design through implementation of customized business solutions.
• Identify and drive opportunities for process and system improvements.
• Maintain deep understanding of business processes, data, and system functions.
• Lead multiple complex projects across the development lifecycle.
• Support staff in effectively using deployed business applications.
• Assist with system implementation, maintenance, and support.
• Organize and lead meetings with users and stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Lead acceptance testing to ensure functionality meets specifications.
