Job summary

Stelpro, Inc. in Canada is seeking an ERP Business Analyst – Manufacturing Operations to help evolve our production systems, improve performance and drive continuous improvement across sites.

You will translate business needs for the ERP production module, participate in implementation and enhancements, and act as a change agent, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to standardize processes and deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Play an active expert role in ERP implementation and enhancement projects within a multi-site manufacturing environment.
• Identify, analyze, and understand manufacturing business needs site by site, provide diagnostics, and formulate structured recommendations.
• Configure the ERP system and participate in design and modeling of production processes.
• Participate in workshops to optimize and standardize processes with internal teams and consultants.
• Translate and clearly communicate operational and functional requirements to stakeholders.
• Promote ERP best practices and system functionalities to operational teams.
• Act as the technical reference for the production module and ensure the quality of deliverables.
• Train users and support teams in the adoption of changes.
• Act as a positive leader and change agent within the organization.

As an ERP Business Analyst – Manufacturing Operations,you will work closely with internal teams and external partners to identify,analyze, and translate business requirements related to the ERP productionmodule. You will actively contribute to ERP implementation and enhancementprojects in a multi-site environment, while acting as a change agent with theteams.

You will bring functional expertise, ensure the quality ofdeliverables, and contribute to the standardization and optimization ofmanufacturing processes.

On a daily basis, you will:
