MED-ENG & PSP - THE SAFARILAND GROUP in Pembroke, Ontario, seeks a Document Control and Human Resources Coordinator to join the Canadian Manufacturing plant. You will handle document control, training records, onboarding, benefits administration, and H&S coordination to support daily operations.

This combined role supports audits, data integrity, and reporting while interfacing with all associates. A business admin credential and 3+ years of admin/HR experience in manufacturing are preferred.

Qualifications

  • Certificate or diploma in Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years working in an administrative role.
  • Human Resources coordination with recruitment experience preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an ISO certified manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain revision-controlled documentation databases and libraries; update documentation per Engineering Change notices.
  • Prepare training attendance forms and coordinate training activities with Production Manager.
  • Upload and manage training records in QPulse; participate in internal and external audits.
  • Coordinate recruitment and onboarding; administer benefits and safety programs; maintain HR records.
  • Produce weekly/monthly H&S reports; coordinate inspections and trainings; support equipment inspections.
