Job summary

Fox Group Canada is seeking a Part Time Shift Lead for a Mango store in Canada. The role requires a standout leader who can motivate, inspire, and develop the store team while driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key duties include coaching associates, managing daily operations, analyzing sales reports, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. Local Toronto area availability is preferred; this position is on-site with the Fox Group retail team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of fast fashion experience.
• Prior sales management experience.
• Proven ability to drive sales results and analyze selling reports.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Windows-based software (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to lead and train associates.

Required Skills/Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of fast fashion experience
• Prior sales management experience
• Demonstrated ability to achieve individual selling goals and metrics
• Proven ability to drive sales results, able to analyze selling reports, identify business trends and react quickly to the needs of the business
• Comfort in making decisions and mediating conflict within a team-environment
• Ability to address complex issues and allocate time to execute multiple tasks and changing priorities.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
• Ability to identify/assess top talent and train/develop/retain great people.
• Proficient in windows-based software such as Excel, Word and Outlook

Pay range: $18.95
