Job summary

Fox Group is seeking a Part Time Shift Lead for our Mango operation in Canada. The candidate will inspire and develop the store team, drive sales, and ensure top-tier customer experiences.

The role requires at least 1 year in fast fashion with prior sales management, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to analyze sales reports. You will coach associates, manage daily operations, and uphold Mango standards.

Required Skills/Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of fast fashion experience
• Prior sales management experience
• Demonstrated ability to achieve individual selling goals and metrics
• Proven ability to drive sales results, able to analyze selling reports, identify business trends and react quickly to the needs of the business
• Comfort in making decisions and mediating conflict within a team-environment
• Ability to address complex issues and allocate time to execute multiple tasks and changing priorities.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
• Ability to identify/assess top talent and train/develop/retain great people.
• Proficient in windows-based software such as Excel, Word and Outlook

Pay range: $18.95
