Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Mandarin Social Media Account Manager (Entry Level). The responsibilities include communicating with business owners and decision makers in Mandarin and English, creating social media strategies (not designing content or captions), executing these strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams including Graphic Designers, Copywriters, Proofing team, Engagement Specialists, and Managers.
