Global Logistics Specialist (Mandarin Speaking)

Role: (Hybrid) | Location: Markham, ON

Pacific Smoke International is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Global Logistics Specialist to join our team. Our mission is to help people quit smoking by providing safer alternatives. We are the leading distributor of electronic vaporizers in Canada, founded in 2013.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end transportation, relationships with carriers/freight forwarders, and logistics processes.
• Coordinate with suppliers in China, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and delivery companies.
• Book cargo space, arrange pickups, and ensure shipping documentation compliance.
• Monitor cargo schedules, provide daily updates, and support data analysis.
• Support product launches and collaborate with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years experience in global logistics.
• Fluent in Mandarin speaking and writing.
• Experience with China logistics and working with Chinese partners.
• Strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Eligible to work in Canada.
