Managing Director (m/f/d) Canada

Tasks

• Full P&L responsibility for all sales and marketing activities in Canada
• Providing proactive and dynamic leadership for a team of 20+ employees incl. warehouse
• Further develop and manage a dedicated channel network consisting of specialized distributors and dealers
• Establishing direct sales to customers as well as key account management
• Strategically developing the business and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue and increase brand awareness
• Defining local mid- and long-term business plans
• Direct reporting to the German HQ

Requirements

• Technical degree or degree in Business Administration; MBA would be a plus
• Very good knowledge in the field of selling technical products through channel partners and specialized dealers
• Sound experience in leadership roles with focus on sales, business development, and key account management - preferably incl. P&L responsibility
• Entrepreneurial, pro-active, and passionate sales-personality with conceptual capabilities
• Excellent communication along with strong analytical skills
• Very good skills in English and French
• Trustworthy person living in the Greater Toronto Area or willingness to relocate
