JOB SUMMARY :
Under the general direction of the Senior Manager, Youth Services, and as a member of the Service Development & Innovation management team, the Manager, Youth Programs will lead the planning, development and promotion of programming focused on social health and wellness for teenagers and their families across all Toronto Public Library locations to ensure a consistent, high quality experience for customers. This includes the development of strategic partnerships for programs and services, management of program proposals from external performers, coordination of key program campaigns, oversight of grant-funded programs as well as monitoring and evaluating youth programming to meet system-wide standards for quality and equity of access.
