Crowe MacKay LLP is a Vancouver-based team of Chartered Professional Accountants seeking a Manager for its Valuation and Litigation Support group. The role requires a CBV designation or current enrolment in the CBV program with the ability to lead multi-faceted engagements across family law, shareholder disputes and commercial litigation.

Qualifications

• CBV designation or current enrolment in the CBV program.

Responsibilities

• Provide litigation support in family law, shareholder disputes, commercial litigation, insurance claims, and personal injury matters.
• Assist with corporate finance engagements, including valuations related to the purchase and sale of business interests, due diligence services such as quality of earnings reports, and support for purchasers and sellers in negotiating transaction terms and reviewing purchase and sale agreements.
• Prepare financial models, business assessments, viability studies, and computer-based financial projections.
• Support valuation engagements related to corporate reorganizations, estate planning, management buyouts, going-private transactions, fairness opinions, and shareholder or employee share purchases.
