Crowe MacKay LLP Canada, based in Vancouver, seeks a Senior Manager with a CBV designation to lead its Valuation and Litigation Support group across Northern and Western Canada. The role focuses on delivering expert valuations and related services in a dynamic, entrepreneurial firm.

The successful candidate will provide litigation support across family law, shareholder disputes, and commercial matters, and lead corporate finance engagements, including due diligence and purchase agreements.

Qualifications

• CBV designation required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide litigation support in family law, shareholder disputes, commercial litigation, insurance claims, and personal injury matters.
• Assist with corporate finance engagements, including valuations, due diligence, and reviewing purchase and sale agreements.
• Prepare financial models, business assessments, viability studies, and computer-based projections.
• Support engagements related to reorganizations, estate planning, buyouts, going-private transactions, fairness opinions, and share purchases.
