Responsibilities

• Provide litigation support across family law, shareholder disputes, and commercial litigation.
• Assist with corporate finance engagements, including valuations of business interests.
• Provide due diligence services such as quality of earnings reports.
• Support purchasers and sellers in negotiating transaction terms and reviewing purchase agreements.
• Prepare financial models, business assessments, viability studies, and financial projections.
• Support valuation engagements related to reorganizations, estate planning, management buyouts, going-private transactions, fairness opinions, and shareholder or employee share purchases.
