Responsibilities

• Provide litigation support in family law, shareholder disputes, commercial litigation, insurance claims, and personal injury matters.
• Assist with corporate finance engagements, including valuations related to the purchase and sale of business interests.
• Prepare due diligence services such as quality of earnings reports.
• Support purchasers and sellers in negotiating transaction terms and reviewing purchase and sale agreements.
• Prepare financial models, business assessments, viability studies, and computer-based financial projections.
• Support valuation engagements related to corporate reorganizations, estate planning, management buyouts, going-private transactions, fairness opinions, and shareholder or employee share purchases.
