Job summary

Purolator in Fredericton, NB is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and supervise sort operations, manage a unionized workforce and foster a positive team environment. This full‑time, permanent role reports to the District Manager and focuses on delivering operational excellence.

You will drive performance against the operational scorecard, coach staff, implement policies, and complete various reports.
