As a Manager in our Supply Chain Advisory practice focusing on supply chain modernization, you will leverage your deep domain knowledge, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and prior management consulting experience to lead high-performing teams that deliver enterprise-level change and value for our clients.

What You Will Do

  1. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and tailor consulting services accordingly.
  2. Lead and manage workstreams and teams on supply chain modernization projects from initiation to completion.
  3. Use advanced analytics and data modeling to uncover insights, optimize processes, and support data-driven decisions.
  4. Conduct comprehensive supply chain assessments, identify improvement areas, and recommend solutions.
  5. Work with stakeholders to define future states, conduct gap analyses, and develop roadmaps to achieve business goals.
  6. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
  7. Support business development by leading or participating in proposal responses.
  8. Mentor junior consultants, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.
  9. Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and regulations affecting supply chain management.

What You Bring To The Role

  1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field, with relevant industry experience.
  2. 5+ years experience in management consulting.
  3. End-to-end supply chain knowledge, especially in planning, warehousing, logistics, and analytics.
  4. Understanding of supply chain best practices and their application.
  5. Proficiency with data platforms and tools such as Alteryx, Palantir, Coupa Supply Chain Guru, PowerBI.
  6. Experience with automation tools like Appian and UIPath is advantageous.
  7. Successful project management record, delivering on time, budget, and scope.
  8. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  9. Willingness to travel as needed.
