Job Summary:
Strategy & Transformation team at the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre is looking for an experienced professional to fill the key role of Strategy & Transformation Manager.
TheStrategy & Transformation Managerreports to the Director, Strategy & Transformation and plays a key role in advancing strategic initiatives across the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre. This role contributes to the planning, development, and implementation of high-impact projects, leads business development opportunities, and fosters partnerships with industry and external stakeholders. The Manager also serves as a liaison with the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation (PMCF) and internal departments, ensuring alignment and collaboration across the organization. As part of the Strategy & Transformation team—uniquely positioned to take a holistic view of the Centre—the Manager helps drive institutional transformation, support strategic priorities and partnerships, and promote accountability and stewardship to advance the mission of the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant healthcare experience at the management level, and will excel at managing a portfolio that includes leading or supporting leadership with strategic projects, business development opportunities, program administration and operations, and other hospital-wide priorities. Must have a demonstrated ability to identify strategic and operational opportunities and initiate initial work to gain stakeholder buy-in, as well as execute priorities identified by leadership.
