The Manager, RT Strategic Operations, is a key leadership role within the Radiation Medicine Program. The role provides leadership in managing the department's human and financial resources to support precision medicine and personalized patient care. Responsibilities include assessing program needs, developing operational strategies, leading infrastructure implementation, and managing human resources.
Working closely with the Manager, RT Professional Practice, this role develops and manages strategic plans to support departmental, program, and organizational priorities. It also ensures care requirements are met with appropriate competence, resolving patient care issues as needed.
