Role Overview: The Manager, RT Strategic Operations, provides leadership in managing the Radiation Therapy department’s human and financial resources, supporting precision medicine and personalized patient care. Responsibilities include assessing program needs, developing operational strategies, leading infrastructure implementation, and managing human resources.
Collaborating with the Manager, RT Professional Practice, this role develops and manages strategic plans to support the department and organizational priorities. The manager ensures care quality, resolves patient issues, and supports staff and operational excellence.
