BonLook, a division of FYihealth group, is hiring a Store Manager for the Eaton Centre location in Toronto. This full-time role drives operational excellence, empowers staff, and builds a customer-focused environment in a fashion-forward eyewear setting.

You will lead daily operations, coach teams, and collaborate with the Regional Manager to meet store objectives. Availability for evenings and weekends is required, with benefits and growth opportunities included.

Our BonLook – Toronto Eaton Centre is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience and join us as a Store Manager, to fill an existing vacancy!

This position is a full‑time role working 40 hours per week. Our store is open Monday to Sunday evening and weekend availability is required.

In this role, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and fostering a customer-focused environment. You’ll empower staff, optimize store performance, and enhance the lives of customers in a dynamic, rewarding, and collaborative environment! What You’ll Do

What You Bring

• Availability to work evenings and weekends
• College degree or equivalent experience
• 2‑4 years of management or supervisory experience
• Previous experience in customer service and retail preferred
• Understanding of operations, processes, and business performance
• Proficiency with technology and computers, including MS Office Suite
• Proven ability to inspire, coach, and mentor a team while driving organizational goals and delivering exceptional customer experiences
• A collaborative, adaptable, and proactive team player with a growth mindset, able to manage changing priorities effectively
• Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking skills
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multi‑task and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Knowledge of optical theory and eyewear merchandise is considered an asset

The expected starting compensation for this position is between $63,900 to $79,900 annually, considering factors like experience, skills, and qualifications.
