Job summary

BonLook, a division of FYihealth group, is seeking a full-time Stylist at the Ottawa Rideau Centre location to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales.

Responsibilities include handling daily orders, promoting promotions, and maintaining brand standards on the floor. Availability for days, evenings and weekends is required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Bilingual French/English essential.
• Must be available days, evenings and weekends.
• Experience dealing with the public and in sales.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to offer customers personalized and courteous service.
• Ease of learning.

Responsibilities

• Ship daily orders from our Canadian customers.
• Respond to requests from customers.
• Provide first class customer service and lead by example on the floor.
• Communicate promotions, in-store events and new collections to customers.
• Exceed sales targets by communicating BonLook’s brand, vision and products.
• Improve the customer database (client telling).
• Represent the BonLook brand and apply company values at all times.
• Receive and transfer merchandise as needed.

Our BonLook - Ottawa Rideau Centre location is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience with you and join us as a Stylist to fill an existing vacancy!

This position is a full time role working 30-40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday. Availability to work days, evenings and weekends is required.
