Job summary

New Look in Ottawa is seeking a results-driven retail store manager to lead daily operations, meet store objectives and uphold our standards of service.

You will recruit and train staff, motivate a sales team, manage costs, communicate effectively, and maintain a positive, customer-focused environment within a growing network.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience managing a team.
• Have obtained significant results in achieving objectives and controlling operating costs.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Leadership and ability to motivate and mobilize a sales team.
• Organizational skills, priority management and ability to manage pressure.
• Bilingualism (English, French), an asset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the achievement of the objectives of its store.
