Description

As the Manager of Solution Engineering Operations, you will lead the vision, strategy, and continuous improvement of Prophix’s global demo infrastructure, empowering the Solution Engineering team to deliver impactful presentations that support sales success.

You will work cross-departmentally to identify new opportunities to apply the Prophix platform, coordinate solution configurations, and enable the broader Solution Engineering team to gather requirements and present value propositions.

Additionally, you will build and scale a diverse team of early-career Solution Consultants, providing strategic guidance and mentoring to help them progress in their careers.

This role demands strong leadership, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

What You Will Do

• Manage and improve the pre-sales global infrastructure for consistent access to offerings and assets.
• Lead and coach a team of Solutions Consultants, supporting their performance and career development.
• Coordinate projects within the Solution Engineering department, including new solutions and applications rollout.
• Maintain relationships with leadership in Cloud Operations, Product Management, Sales & Marketing to support releases.
• Stay updated on industry trends and provide strategic feedback on technology and competitive landscape.
• Support team growth through recruiting, training, and mentoring.
• Mentor new hires, enabling and certifying them on solutions with a focus on business benefits.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Bring

• Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field (e.g., Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science).
• 5+ years in Presales, Consulting, or similar roles within SaaS, with management experience a plus.
• Experience designing reusable processes and solutions (Excel models, automation, ETL, workflows).
• Knowledge of Accounting and Financial concepts is preferred.
• Experience with BI tools, EPM / CPM solutions, or data warehousing is an asset.
• Proven mentoring and leadership skills.
• Strong Excel skills are a plus.
• Legal right to work in the location and ability to travel internationally.
