Manager, Security & Information Assurance (Permanent)

Location: Ottawa, ON

Expected Salary: $88,641 to $132,961

In this role, you will:

• Lead the security operations of the organization in both French and English
• Provide security performance and Information Assurance (IA) assurance to senior management
• Ensure compliance with external requirements and support audits
• Develop and review security policies and procedures
• Support security training, incident investigations, and business continuity plans
• Manage security risks, conduct assessments, and oversee security systems and access controls
• Lead security policy development and risk assessments

The ideal candidate has:

• A Diploma in Security Management (asset)
• At least 5 years of experience in Industrial Security and Controlled Goods Programs
• Experience in Corporate Security
• Bilingual in French and English
• Knowledge of physical security systems
• Experience in incident reporting and project management
• Understanding of business continuity, cyber security, and emergency management principles
• Eligibility for Canadian NATO Secret Security Clearance, ITAR, and Controlled Goods
