Oak View Group seeks a Manager of Sales for the AHL Group ticket packages and suite rentals in Hamilton. You will drive revenue through outbound and inbound efforts, service accounts, and help shape the group sales strategy as part of the AHL Sales & Service team.
The role requires 3–5+ years of sales/service experience in sports/entertainment, with CRM/Salesforce proficiency, and a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The Manager, Sales is responsible for achieving monthly and/or yearly revenue targets for AHL Group ticket packages and suite rentals and will participate in sales campaigns for other ticketing products as necessary, including season memberships, premium products, partial memberships, and game day sales. The Manager, Sales will service these accounts and contribute to building the strategy for the group sales team. This role will include outbound and inbound sales execution to maximize revenue associated with all products and will include outbound sales efforts to local companies, community groups, sports associations, and individuals. This position is to be a key contributor to the AHL Sales & Service team.
This role pays an annual salary of $70,000-$80,000 CAD and is bonus eligible.
