Overview

Manager, Sales Coordination within the Direct Sales, Equipment Finance team at NBC. This role leads a team that supports client success across Canada, drives operational excellence, and manages risk in equipment financing. You will help shape strategy, improve processes, and lead change while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusion.

You’ll be at the heart of a multi-billion dollar business line, shaping strategy and contributing to initiatives that enhance efficiency and client experience.

Your role
  • Lead a team of business coordinators to deliver exceptional client service and operational support.
  • Implement and optimize business processes that support sales growth and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage risk and ensure policy adherence.
  • Coach and develop team members through regular feedback, training, and performance management.
  • Drive change initiatives and contribute to strategic projects that improve efficiency and client experience.
  • Represent the team in enterprise-wide initiatives and communicate performance metrics to leadership.
Your team

The Direct Sales team is made up of professionals who work collaboratively to support equipment financing across Canada. You’ll report to the Regional Sales Director and work closely with leaders in credit, operations, legal, and finance. Our team emphasizes innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.

Your profile
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration or Management, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in financial services, including leadership in business coordination, credit support, or sales operations.
  • Advanced knowledge of equipment financing products, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong accounting acumen and understanding of taxability and invoice requirements.
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and manage change effectively.
