Yorkville University is recruiting for an experienced and hands‑on Manager, Safety & Security to oversee day to day safety, security, and workplace health & safety operations, across all campus and office locations. Reporting to the Director, Facilities & Real Estate, this leadership role is responsible for leading contracted security services, emergency preparedness, health and safety programs, and incident response to ensure safe, secure, and compliant learning and working environments that support student success.

Reporting to the Director, Facilities & Real Estate, this role is responsible for ensuring consistent, compliant, and effective safety and security practices that protect students, employees, faculty, and visitors.
The Manager provides leadership to contracted security services, supports emergency preparedness and incident response, and plays a key role in maintaining a safe, secure, healthy office and campus environment. The Manager collaborates with other operational team members to achieve seamless solutions that reflect organizational values and best practices.
This position offers a salary range of $90,000 to $105,000 annually, with placement within the range based on experience, education, and internal equity.
