Yorkville University is seeking applications for the position of Manager, Facilities. Reporting to the Director, Facilities & Real Estate, this leadership role is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and effective operation of the university's New Brunswick campuses and office locations. The Manager will oversee facilities maintenance, capital and operational projects, health and safety compliance, and day‑day campus operations while leading a high‑performing team and partnering with internal and external stakeholders to create exceptional learning and working environments that support Yorkville University's mission of championing student success.

Reporting to the Director, Facilities & Real Estate, the Manager, Facilities in New Brunswick is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, safety, and efficiency of Yorkville University’s New Brunswick campuses and office locations. This position ensures facilities are safe, well‑maintained, and conducive to the productivity and well‑being of faculty, staff, students, and visitors. The Manager, Facilities collaborates with various departments, both internal and external to manage facilities‑related projects ensuring seamless operations. As a leader, this role contributes to a working environment where all team members can grow and thrive, supporting our corporate mission of championing student success.
This role currently has one direct report, with the potential for additional direct reports over time.
This role has an on‑site requirement of 5 days a week.
This position offers a salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 annually, with placement within the range based on experience, education, and internal equity.
