About The Role

The Manager, Revenue Operations, supports initiatives to maximize the productivity of Q4’s GTM motions. Your focus will be on improving sales processes, providing data analytics, and supporting operational improvements across systems, data, and teams to drive ARR growth. You will collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decisions and operational excellence within the Finance team, serving broad GTM needs.

What You'll Do

Operational Execution & Support

  • Support sales and renewals operations aligned with business goals and revenue targets.
  • Maintain and improve scalable sales and renewals workflows.
  • Ensure timely quote delivery and unblock Salesforce CPQ issues.
  • Support pipeline management, forecasting, and sales performance tracking.

Data Analytics & Performance Management

  • Develop metrics and KPIs; ensure dashboard accuracy and data integrity.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Create visualizations and insights for decision-making.
  • Support commission reporting and collaborate on payouts.

Systems & Process Optimization

  • Manage and optimize sales tech platforms like Salesforce, CPQ, Salesloft, Outreach, and others.
  • Assist with territory assignments and lead routing.
  • Support automation, integrations, and process improvements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication

  • Act as operational liaison among Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Share best practices and support change management.
  • Gather feedback, define requirements, and ensure solutions meet business needs.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in Revenue, Sales, or Business Operations roles with a track record of supporting operations and projects.
  • Strong knowledge of sales operations, data analysis, and systems management.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, CPQ, Google Workspace, Salesloft, Outreach, and related tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Salesloft user groups is a plus.
