About the Role: Head of Revenue Operations

We’re growing — and we’re hiring a Head of Revenue Operations to join our team! In this role, you’ll help us scale our growth engine, enabling our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams with the tools, data, and strategies they need to thrive.

You’ll collaborate closely with teammates across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, while reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and working closely with peer in Finance and Business Intelligence. You’ll contribute to a high-trust environment and play a direct role in shaping the future of the promo industry.

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Build and lead the Revenue Operations function, including hiring and leading a team of one
  • Develop and scale RevOps systems, processes, and data frameworks that support lead gen, sales, onboarding, retention, and expansion
  • Partner with GTM leaders in Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to shape strategy and translate it into operational execution
  • Own and optimize our Hubspot CRM and other related GTM tools
  • Deliver revenue analytics, insights, and forecasts that support confident decision-making
  • Collaborate with Finance and HR to ensure sales compensation models are aligned and accurate
  • Establish strong data governance standards and ensure consistent CRM usage across teams

And beyond that, you’ll shape your own path. As the Revenue Operations expert at commonsku, you’ll be responsible for telling us what you should be spending your time on to have the biggest possible impact on our goals.

What You Bring

Some of the qualities that help you thrive in this role:

  • 6+ years in RevOps, Sales/Marketing Ops, or GTM strategy roles in a fast-paced, growth oriented environment
  • 2+ years of people management experience, including hiring, performance management, and mentorship.
  • Expert-level experience in Hubspot as a CRM, Marketing Automation, and Customer Support platform
  • Expertise in related GTM tools such as Gong, Linkedin Sales Navigator, etc.
  • Experience with revenue forecasting and reporting in B2B SaaS environments
  • Comfort working independently and asynchronously, while also prioritizing collaboration and connection with people
  • Experience (or excitement for) working with AI

We believe in fair, transparent compensation. The starting salary for this role is $110,000–$135,000 CAD, depending on previous experience and skillset, plus a 10% annual bonus opportunity based on company performance. (New hires are expected to come in at the midpoint of this range.
