Restaurant Manager

As a Restaurant Manager within Tim Hortons, you will thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere and love coming to work every day! You will empower and lead your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, promote a respectful team environment, and manage team members with open communication and understanding.

You should have the knowledge, skills, and long-term vision to support the Restaurant Owners in running a successful business. You are an expert at developing, mentoring, and coaching a diverse team to achieve and maintain Tim Hortons' high standards of operations.

Requirements include:

1. 1+ years of proven management experience
2. A passion for guest service and creating exceptional guest experiences
3. Building relationships with guests and your team
4. Strong operational experience
5. A passion for coaching and mentoring, with comfort in delegating tasks
6. Readiness to take full responsibility for running a Tim Hortons restaurant
7. Enjoy leading a diverse team in a fast-paced environment
8. Ability to drive business sales
9. Engagement skills to develop high performance within your team
10. Ability to work full-time, including days, evenings, and weekends
