Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house team members.
  • Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop staff to build a high-performing team.
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining outstanding service standards and promptly resolving customer concerns.
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and consistency while ensuring compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Manage labour costs, scheduling, inventory control, and purchasing to achieve operational and financial goals.
  • Oversee cash handling procedures, daily deposits, and POS system operations.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and execution during service.
  • Maintain compliance with Alberta Health Services regulations, liquor licensing requirements, and company policies.
  • Analyze sales performance, identify opportunities for growth, and implement strategies to improve profitability.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at our St. Albert location. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing front-of-house and back-of-house operations, developing team members, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of service, food quality, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a proven track record of leading successful restaurant teams.
