Northbridge Financial Corporation in Montreal is seeking a Property Claims Manager to lead a dedicated team, guide investigations, and ensure efficient settlements. You will coach staff, monitor KPIs, and drive improvements while fostering a collaborative, high-performance work culture.

The role requires 7–10 years in commercial property & casualty claims, 3–5 years in team leadership, and mandatory AMF certificates; CIP/FCIP is a plus.

Competenze

• 7–10 years of experience in commercial property and casualty claims handling.
• 3–5 years of experience managing a team.
• AMF Claims Adjuster Certificates in Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance and Personal Lines Insurance (mandatory).
• Post-secondary diploma from a 3- to 4-year program.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• CIP or FCIP designation is a plus.

Our Property Claims Managers work tirelessly to support their teams and serve as the first point of contact for guidance and leadership. In addition to managing team members, they provide technical advice and coaching to ensure timely and effective service in claims investigations, file analysis, and settlements. They monitor key performance indicators and ensure that every claim is handled thoroughly and efficiently. These leaders are passionate about team engagement and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. With strong analytical and communication skills, our Managers are strategic thinkers and effective communicators. As part of a collaborative leadership team, you’ll have the opportunity to shape strategic initiatives that keep our claims operations at the forefront of evolving dispute resolution practices.
