Northbridge Financial is seeking a Casualty Claims Adjuster in Vancouver to handle Auto BI and CGL claims with a focus on investigation, coverage assessment, and timely resolution. You will collaborate with third parties and senior colleagues to defend and rectify situations while delivering exceptional client service.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of claims adjusting experience, a college or university education, and strong MS Office skills. CIP/FCIP is a plus.

• Post-Secondary education required (college or university).
• 3-5 years of Claims Adjusting experience.
• Experience with Auto BI and/or CGL claims; asset.
• Actively pursuing CIP/FCIP designation; asset.

When accidents happen and claims follow, our Casualty Claims Adjusters are the trusted professionals who help clients navigate the challenges ahead. With a focus on Auto Bodily Injury (BI) and Commercial General Liability (CGL) claims, they are responsible for providing efficient and prompt investigation, assessing coverage and liability, while working directly with third parties to drive the claim. They are there to defend and rectify the situation, doing so with our clients in mind.

They are open-minded, understanding and passionate about maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Working in a collaborative team, there is the opportunity for coaching, mentoring and development from our more experienced Adjusters to help grow both your customer service and investigative skills.

We’re committed to pay transparency and fairness. The base salary range for this role is $66,000 - $86,000, which reflects the expected base pay – not the total compensation package. The actual base salary may vary depending on your experience, skills, and alignment with the position. We’re also open to candidates at different levels, so if this range doesn’t quite match your expectations, don’t let that hold you back — we’d still love to hear from you.
