Rogers is seeking a Manager, Program Delivery to join our IT department (public and private cloud, Operational Support Systems, and Service Management), reporting to the Sr. Director of Portfolio Management & Program Delivery. We are looking for a high-achieving individual to lead a team of project-focused members to successfully deliver key strategic programs, focusing on business outcomes.
The primary focus of this position is to manage the planning and execution of IT Programs and Projects while building a cohesive delivery team. You will ensure stakeholders are well-informed of project status and issues, and proactively work to resolve risks.
