Manage and lead a team of employees working on track construction projects. Provide leadership accountability for safety, service, and productivity outputs. Railway experience is preferred, but candidates with a solid construction and/or manufacturing management background will also be considered.
Position location may change based on organizational needs. All new hires in safety-sensitive roles must pass pre-employment medical, physical, vision, hearing, alcohol, and drug assessments, including drug testing during training for trainees.
This program is a key pathway for management employees to learn the business. Certification or maintenance of certification as a conductor or locomotive engineer may be required.
