Role:

Mastercard is using global threat intelligence to secure today’s digital economy – in the payments ecosystem and beyond. The Product Manager will manage the threat intelligence process that supports the Card & Payment Ecosystem Security product function. The role is responsible for developing threat intelligence deliverables derived from business needs, market opportunities, and cyber-enabled fraud trends. This role will manage a team of intelligence analysts who research and understand the cyber threats impacting merchants and financial services.

  1. Lead a team of analysts responsible for researching, analyzing, and writing finished intelligence reports on cyber threats impacting the payment ecosystem.
  2. Conduct in-depth research on cyber threat actors, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) and develop actionable intelligence for non-technical audiences.
  3. Author and oversee the production of high-quality white papers and intelligence reports that distill complex cyber threat information into clear, concise, and actionable insights.
  4. Focus on the big-picture threats and emerging trends while identifying and prioritizing what is most important to the organization and its clients.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and global threat landscapes to inform strategic decisions.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, incorporating feedback to improve intelligence products and processes.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure intelligence reports align with business needs.
  8. Manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously, ensuring timely completion while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail.

All About You:

  1. Extensive background in Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI), with a deep understanding of the cyber threat landscape, IOCs, and TTPs relevant to the payment ecosystem.
  2. Strong writing skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and actionable intelligence reports and white papers for a range of audiences, from technical experts to business leaders.
  3. Proven experience in managing teams, fostering collaboration, and driving performance to meet deadlines.
  4. Able to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing competing priorities while maintaining a high level of output quality.
  5. Cyber Threat Intelligence certifications preferred.

This role may require a CTI-related writing sample. Applicants are encouraged to submit a sample of work that demonstrates their ability to produce finished intelligence.
