Role Overview

The Manager Procurement Categories will lead complex procurement deal negotiations; perform financial, commercial, technical and performance evaluations of suppliers; and drive Fidelity’s Canadian business units in delivering optimized deals. You will manage a team of Procurement Specialists in Toronto.

What You Will Do

1. Evaluate and manage suppliers, including SLA/KPI negotiations and performance management.
2. Launch RFP/RFI processes, develop sourcing strategies, evaluate suppliers, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
3. Lead complex negotiations and collaborate with international procurement teams to maximize economies of scale.
4. Manage contracts, identify risks, and communicate contractual opportunities.
5. Build relationships across Fidelity, supporting stakeholders and providing procurement guidance.

What We Are Looking For

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years procurement experience as a category or product manager.
• Experience with supplier management and technology procurement in financial services is preferred.

The Expertise You Bring

• Proven end-to-end procurement experience.
• Strong negotiation, leadership, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and take initiative.

You will work on a flexible hybrid schedule. Current work authorization in Canada is required.
