Position: Program Procurement Manager

Location: Toronto, Ontario

The Program Procurement Manager is responsible for leading procurement activities, ensuring program procedures are integrated into contracts, and developing risk mitigation strategies at the program level.

Your Role:

• Lead procurement of all required services and works
• Ensure program procedures are incorporated into new contracts
• Develop strategies to mitigate program-level risks
• Implement risk transfer strategies from Risk Management Plans
• Analyze supplier performance and develop resolutions
• Participate in vendor evaluation, selection, and negotiation
• Report on procurement activities in meetings and working groups

Candidate Requirements:

• Degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
• 15+ years of experience, including 8+ in procurement for large infrastructure projects
• Experience with airport and aviation projects
• Certification from Purchasing Management Association of Canada (PMAC)
• Certified Professional In Supply Management (CPSM) is a plus
