Job summary

Parkdale Queen West Community Health Centre (PQWCHC) is seeking an experienced Manager to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of Health Promotion programs across all sites and partner locations. The role reports to the Director of Population Health and Community Supports and supports the Niiwin Wendaanimak Indigenous Wellness program staff and advisory council.

Qualifications

• Degree from a recognized university in a relevant discipline.
• Experience in budget management and data analysis.
• Knowledge of health equity and population health.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the performance of a strong interprofessional team.
• Recruit and onboard new team members as needed.
• Provide operational management including budgets, work plans, and quality improvement.
• Prepare reports for organizational and funder requirements.
• Coordinate service delivery within the Community Health Centre model.
• Collaborate across leadership to develop health promotion initiatives.
