Job summary

Prima Living in Aurora, ON is seeking a Health & Wellness Manager to lead development and delivery of wellness programs for residents and staff. You will oversee the wellness team, manage budgets, and ensure programs meet regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion or related field, 5+ years in wellness program management with 2+ in leadership, and a current LPN/RPN licence. Availability for occasional events and background check required.

• Monitor program performance, collect feedback, and implement improvements.
• Prepare reports and updates for senior leadership.
• Ensure programs meet applicable regulatory, safety, and organizational standards.

Salary: $65,000- $75,000 per year
Must Have: 5+ years of health and wellness program management experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role. Valid LPN or RPN licence is mandatory.

Your Role in a Snapshot:

The Health & Wellness Manager leads the development and delivery of wellness programs that promote the health, safety, and quality of life of residents and staff. This role oversees the wellness team, manages program budgets, and ensures initiatives align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

Your Day to Day:

What You Bring to the Table:

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion, Public Health, Kinesiology, Psychology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in health and wellness program management, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and teams.
• CPR/First Aid or relevant professional certifications are assets.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
