Job summary

Prima Living – Park Place in Aurora, ON seeks a Health & Wellness Manager to lead the development and delivery of wellness programs for residents and staff. You will ensure health outcomes align with regulatory requirements and organizational goals while overseeing budgets and the wellness team.

The role requires 5+ years in wellness program management, at least 2 years in leadership, and a valid LPN/RPN licence. Collaboration with Nursing, HR, Recreation, and external partners is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion, Public Health, Kinesiology, Psychology, or related field.
• 5+ years in health and wellness program management.
• 2+ years in a leadership/supervisory role.

Salary: $65,000- $75,000 per year

Your Day To Day

Education And Experience

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion, Public Health, Kinesiology, Psychology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in health and wellness program management, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and teams.
• CPR/First Aid or relevant professional certifications are assets.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
