Bombardier is seeking a Manager of Organizational Learning to define and implement the learning strategy supporting manufacturing operations in the Montreal region. You will lead a multidisciplinary team and coordinate with external partners to align learning initiatives with business priorities.
You will drive workforce capability development, governance of training programs, and performance reviews across sites, while managing budgets and ensuring regulatory compliance.

As Manager, Organizational Learning, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the learning strategy that supports manufacturing operations across the Montreal region. You will ensure that workforce development programs meet current and future operational needs while promoting operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and workforce capability development.
You will lead a multidisciplinary team, as well as a network of external partners and suppliers. You will ensure alignment between learning initiatives and the business priorities of the Montreal site and other manufacturing locations while actively contributing to the evolution of organizational capabilities.
You will join the Organizational Learning team and report directly to the Director of Organizational Learning.
