Position Status: Temporary Assignment for 18 months

Salary Range: $105,307 to $148,429 per year
Hours of Work: 36.25 per week

At Elections Ontario (EO), we’re dedicated to making voting easy and accessible for everyone while ensuring the integrity, security, and transparency of the electoral process. We’re an independent, non-partisan office of the Legislative Assembly of Ontario, responsible for administering provincial elections, by-elections, and referenda.
The People and Talent Division partners with leaders across EO to align business and people strategies to create outstanding employee experiences, foster a culture that differentiates the business, and achieves the organization's mandate. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented leader to join our dynamic team in the role of Manager, Organizational Development.

Your Role
You will provide strategic planning and organizational leadership to develop and execute large scale projects focused on human capital, succession planning, talent management, employee engagement, and learning & development. You will ensure that HR programs and services are in alignment with the Strategic Plan and the mandate of EO; and provide consultation and advice to the Executives and Extended Leadership Team (ELT) on the development and implementation of strategic HR projects, programs and initiatives.

The successful candidate will be required to work in-office for the first three months of employment. After this period, telework opportunities may be offered for qualifying positions, subject to operational requirements.
