Your primary focus will be to increase ticket sales, drive fan engagement, and enhance the overall brand presence of the Manitoba Moose. Through cross-functional collaboration, you’ll ensure these campaigns align with business objectives and effectively engage target audiences.

What to be excited for in this role:

  • Collaborate with Ticket Sales and Membership Services on initiatives, retention programs and sales collateral.
  • Oversee brand positioning and production of all Manitoba Moose assets such as print, signage and digital while partnering with Creative Services and external suppliers to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Design, buy and implement integrated campaigns across traditional media and digital channels (website, social media, mobile app, e-blasts, etc.) to boost fan engagement and brand equity.
  • Lead promotional initiatives and game-day activations which include specialty nights, giveaways and sponsor activations, managing budgets, logistics and cross-department coordination.
  • Manage creation, scheduling and distribution of all digital communications to deliver timely, engaging content to fans.
  • Collaborate with Community Relations to embed the Manitoba Moose brand in local events, and with Corporate Partnerships to activate sponsored content and fulfill marketing obligations.
  • Provide and audit all home-game marketing messaging, support post-game reporting, and coordinate photography and visual assets.
  • Perform additional duties as required to meet business needs.

What we need from you:

  • Post-Secondary Education in Business Administration, Commerce or equivalent work experience.
  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in a marketing role, including experience in media buying, digital marketing and/or account services would be considered an asset.
  • Hands-on experience proactively planning, implementing, managing, and measuring integrated marketing plans.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to perform analysis, interpret results and make recommendations to various audiences.
  • Experience working with Adobe programs.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, set and meet priorities to deliver results under tight deadlines, and adopt a “whatever-it-takes” approach to succeed.
  • Superior attention to detail and excellent personal organization.
  • Passion for hockey and knowledge of the AHL is considered an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders.
  • Ability to work as a positive contributor to a team in a dynamic and fast-paced sports and entertainment environment.
  • Capability to demonstrate creative thinking, take proactive initiative in a team-first environment, and balance customer needs and organizational objectives with individual performance targets.
  • Attend all games and community initiatives to contribute, measure and evaluate marketing support and programming.
