We?re looking for an energetic *Marketing Manager* who can turn great ideas into profitable, measurable results. You?ll own the full marketing stack?from campaign strategy and goal setting, to e-commerce operations and in-house guest experience?while leading cross-functional projects that keep the Gin Room buzzing and Burwood?s story top-of-mind.*Role and Responsibilities** Manage marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the craft distillery and its products.* Define brand style and ensure compliance from creative contractors.* Work with creative contractors to produce content for Burwood Distillery* Track social growth & identify key opportunities* Meet with potential customers.* Assist in the launch of new products from the distillery, including coordinating promotional events and materials.* Acting as Web Master for our online shop.* Lead our Gin Room program* Coordinating with our Gin Class Instructors to ensure classes are staffed properly* Working to promote the classes with our Digital Marketing Agency* Deliver a strong margin on Gin Room P&L through pricing, bundles, and upsells.* Manage private events, special bookings and other requests* Plan and create marketing materials for tradeshows and industry events* Create sell sheets, POS and other marketing materials to support the Trade Sales Team.*Qualifications** Proven experience in marketing, events management, or related fields, preferably within the hospitality or spirits industry. Experience with CPG brands is key.* Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.* Demonstrated success turning campaigns or experiences into profitable programs* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.* Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, social media platforms, and CRM systems.* Data-driven mindset and passion for Alberta craft spirits, community, and storytelling* Ability to work the some evenings/weekends for classes or festivals*Application: Ready to Raise a Glass?*If you have a passion for marketing, events, and the craft spirits industry, and are excited about the opportunity to be part of new product launches, we'd love to hear from you.
