We are on the lookout for a dynamic Content Marketing Manager to own and lead our content strategy, campaign content development, and PR initiatives.

You will drive high-impact content that resonates with technical manufacturing audiences, supports integrated campaigns, and strengthens our brand presence across all owned and earned channels.

Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy: Own the end-to-end content strategy and editorial calendar, ensuring alignment to buyer personas and all stages of the customer journey.
  • Content Creation: Develop compelling, technically accurate content—blogs, articles, newsletters, case studies, social media posts, and technical guides—that showcases ProShop ERP’s value.
  • Newsletter Ownership: Manage and optimize a consistent newsletter strategy to nurture leads and engage customers.
  • SEO Optimization: Create and optimize content for organic search growth and website traffic improvements.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on content performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize strategies.
  • Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor content, and audience behaviors to continuously evolve our content approach.
  • Social Media Collaboration: Support the distribution of organic content across company channels.
  • PR Agency Management: Brief and oversee PR partners as needed.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Canada
  • 5+ years of SaaS content marketing experience, ideally in technical, manufacturing, industrial, or compliance-driven industries.
  • Strong portfolio of written technical content, preferably targeted at B2B decision-makers
  • Demonstrated experience managing editorial calendars, newsletters, and PR content
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and familiarity with Google Analytics, HubSpot (or similar CMS/CRM tools)
  • Experience managing freelance writers, designers, or PR vendors
  • Strong understanding of buyer journeys and persona-driven content development
  • Proactive, results-driven mindset with excellent collaboration and communication skills

Salary Range : This compensation range takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to geographic locations, job family, job-related skills, experience and relevant training or education, business and organizational needs. Canada: $69,600 - $100,000 annually
