BGO New is seeking a Manager, Lease Documentation to oversee the lease documentation function for a diverse portfolio of office, industrial and retail properties. This is a hybrid role with four days in-office in Mississauga, ON.
The Manager, Lease Documentation is responsible for managing the lease documentation function for an assigned portfolio of office, industrial and retail properties. The role leads the drafting, negotiation and review of leases and related documentation, working closely with tenants, brokers, legal counsel, Asset Management and Property Management to support leasing activity while protecting client interests. The position also contributes to the development of standardized lease documentation, precedents, policies and procedures, and provides lease-related support for acquisitions, dispositions and ongoing property operations.

The Expected Base Pay Range: $100,000 - $125,000 per year. The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. BGO values the contribution of our employees and our compensation structure may vary based on the geographical location of successful candidates, as well as their experience, skills or qualifications.
